RVIA facilities team needed strict adherence to the move in schedule and the Mammoth delivery team committed to ensure RVIA stayed on delivery schedule. With a delivery of our size, we all expected to run into hiccups and the occasional need to swap out furniture parts and address damages to furniture components.
