The planning process begins with a meeting between our operation’s manager, the general manager and the warehouse supervisor. At this meeting, our team reviews project installation drawings, and floor plan specifications. The team determines manpower requirements, product delivery, and schedule and site requirements. We then set a schedule for the install, and specific installers are assigned to your project.
At the time of installation, the crew reviews all of your project specifics before they begin. They identify staging areas, take care of building protection, and establish where trash will be moved to out of the space. Products are brought in using a planned sequence that allows our installers to complete their tasks efficiently. When the installation is completed, the crew ensures everything is clean, complete and makes any final adjustments to your satisfaction. Our lead installer then checks your office site to check for any last minute issues that needs to be taken care of.
